摘要：

The method to prepare thin walls using powder metallurgy is discussed. For thin wall parts the lower punch can be subjected to high stresses during compaction as well as during ejection. It is found that a long thin punch cannot have excessive relief since this will reduce the cross-section, creating high stress.
