Wear investigation of self-lubrication material slid friction

摘要
The wear experiment was taken in Amsler friction experiment device, and the wear property was judged by the volume loss of the sample. It was found that the sample volume loss during self-lubrication friction process is very small and the least wear is taken place in the stable self-lubrication friction stage. The wear mechanisms were studied by analyzing the wear surface and wear section plane through SEM. It was found that in dμ/dn less than or equal 0 friction stage, the wear mechanism is plowing; in dμ/dn->0 and dμ/dn-> infinity stages, the mechanism is fatigue wear. At last, the criterion of forming fatigue wear bit was given.
