摘要
The conversion efficiency of Pb-based hybrid perovskite solar cell obtained is > 22%. However, its application is restricted due to the toxicity and stability of Pb-based hybrid perovskite material. In this paper, low toxicity Cu based hybrid perovskite was used to replace Pb-based hybrid perovskite. (3-BrC3H6NH3)2CuBr4 hybrid perovskite material was fabricated by a solvent evaporation method as an optical absorption layer. The device with FTO/TiO2 compact layer/(3-BrC3H6NH3)2CuBr4 hybrid perovskite/Spiro-MeOTAD/Ag structure was manufactured. The results show that this solar cell has an open circuit voltage of 0.78 V, a short circuit current density of 4.60 mA/cm2 and a fill factor of 0.37. The photoelectric conversion efficiency is up to 1.33%, showing a potential application in the field of photovoltaic device of CuBr2 based hybrid perovskite material. ©2018, Editorial Department of Journal of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
