The temperature dependance of conduction in La0.8Sr0.2MnO3

摘要：
The temperature dependance of conduction in La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 is measured and discussed. The result shows that from 200°C to 700°C the material is semiconduction, which is determined by the small polaron, and above 700 [similar to] 1000°C the material emerges metal-conduction. The rising of the temperature makes the variation of electronic state from local to free.
