摘要
Methyl ethyl ketoxime can be used as an anti-skinning agent, passivator in boiler Passivation solution and raw material for producing deketoximized curing agent due to its low toxicity, low environmental pollution and high deoxidization effect. However, densities and viscosities of methyl ethyl ketoxime and its binary mixtures have been rarely reported. In this work, densities and viscosities of methyl ethyl ketoxime with methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexane and n-hexane were measured over the entire range of composition at T = (293.15, 298.15 and 303.15) K and atmospheric pressure by using Gay-Lussac pycnometer and Ubbelohde viscometer, respectively. The densities were fitted by a polynomial equation, while viscosities were correlated by the Grunberg-Nissan equation and Eyring-UNIQUAC equation. The parameters and average absolute deviations at different temperatures were given. The densities and viscosities in this work will be beneficial for the design, simulation, and optimization of relative industrial processes containing methyl ethyl ketoxime.
