The simplified inclined strip model for analyzing the hysteretic behavior of partially restrained steel frame with reinforced concrete walls (PSRCW) was validated by experimental results. A total of seven one-bay, two-story test specimens of one-third scale were simulated based on inclined strip model. The hysteretic behavior, lateral stiffness, the distribution of lateral load and overturning moment were analyzed. The results show that the simulated results agree well with the experimental ones, and the global mechanical behavior of PSRCW can be analyzed through simplified inclined strip model.
