Detection of bavachin based on nitrogen-doped carbon dots as a fluorescence probe

The nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs) with excellent fluorescence properties were synthesized using citric acid and ethylenediamine as raw materials by one-step hydrothermal method. The synthesized N-CDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and multi-spectroscopic techniques. In the pH 9.0 BR buffer solution,a fluorescent sensor based on the inner filter effect (IFE)was successfully established using synthesized carbon dots and it could detect the content of bavachin in biological samples sensitively. The linear range of the method was 0.40-20 μµmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.11 μµmol/L. The recoveries of bavachin in human urine and serum samples were 96.2%-103.7% and 97.6%-99.2%,respectively. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
