To achieve the maximum recovery of ionic liquid recycling, the electrodialysis-vacuum membrane distillation integrated process was proposed to concentrate the low concentration mass fraction (the same below) in 1%-5% ionic liquid. It achieved effective and operational membrane integrated concentration control process. The influence of operating parameters in ED process, including voltage, initial concentration, and the volumetric feed ratio was analyzed and a maximum concentration was obtained. The [AMIM]Cl aqueous solution can be condensed to 48.2% after switched to the vacuum membrane distillation process. © All Right Reserved.
