摘要
The uncertainty of wind power and load has an impact on the day-ahead dispatch of the system. Thus a day-ahead two-stage scheduling method considering the operational risk and reserve availability is proposed. First, considering the uncertainty and admissibility error interval of wind power and load, the conditional value at risk (CVaR) is applied to measure the system operational risk. A day-ahead two-stage optimal dispatching model is established. The first stage optimization model takes the minimum operation cost of the system including risk cost as the objective function and optimizes the active power dispatching and reserve plan to ensure system operation economy. Based on the optimization results of the first stage model, an extreme power flow scenario set is generated. Then, the reserve availability under the extreme scenarios is verified by the second stage optimization model, and the results are fed back to the first stage model to ensure the robustness of the system. An iterative algorithm is proposed. Finally, case studies on the IEEE 39-bus system and the actual regional power grid in Xinjiang demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and mode. © 2022 Power System Protection and Control Press.
