摘要
To analyze the static eccentricity fault of the switched reluctance motor (SRM),the effects of static eccentricity fault on the air gap length, air gap permeance, flux-linkages and static torque of motor were studied in theory. Then, the two-dimensional finite element model for an 8/6 SRM prototype was established by using a finite element software. Considering the directions and the degrees of eccentricity fault of motor, the flux lines distribution, flux-linkage/rotor angular position characteristic and torque/rotor angular position characteristic were analyzed under healthy and different eccentricity faulty conditions of the SRM by the finite element method. The results show that both the direction and the degree of eccentricity fault have significant impacts on the performance of SRM. And the flux-linkage can be introduced as an important diagnostic parameter for detecting the eccentric direction and eccentric ratio in SRM. © 2016, Central South University Press.
