Influence of the normal processes of electron-electron and phonon-phonon scattering on the thermogalvanomagnetic effects in metals is considered. The set of kinetic equations for the distribution functions of electrons and phonons is solved. The components of the tensors of kinetic coefficients for metals in a magnetic field are calculated in a linear approximation in the degeneracy parameter. The influence of mutual electron and phonon drag and normal processes of electron-electron and phonon-phonon scattering on the thermomagnetic effects in metals under isothermal conditions is analyzed.
