摘要
In recent years, environmental-friendly insulating medium C4F7N/CO2 gas mixture have received extensive attention due to its excellent dielectric strength. In order to mitigate carbon creation after high-energy discharge, it is necessary to add O2 as the second buffer gas. However, there are few reports on the discharge decomposition characteristics of C4F7N/CO2/O2 gas mixture. In this paper, a series of AC breakdown discharge experiments were carried out and the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the discharge decomposition characteristics of C4F7N/CO2/O2 gas mixture with different O2 volume fractions. It is found that the main decomposition products of C4F7N/CO2/O2 gas mixture after multiple breakdowns are CF4, C2F6, C3F8, CF3CN, C2F5CN, C3F6, CO, COF2, C2N2, etc., and the production content of CF4, CO and C2F6 is relatively higher. When the O2 volume fraction increases from 0% to 2%, the content of the decomposition products mentioned above will decrease to some extent;as the O2 volume fraction further increases, the content of CF4 and CO will continue decreasing, and the content of COF2 produced will increase, while the content of the other products mentioned above will not change significantly. © 2020, Electrical Technology Press Co.
