摘要:
Purpose: Study the infection of human T-lymphotropic virus type I(HTLV-I) in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma(CTCL). Methods: Detecting antibodies to HTLV-I in serum of patients with CTCL and testing pre-virus DNA of HTLV-I in CTCL patients' periphery blood and tumor tissues. Results: 57 cases of CTCL patients' periphery blood were tested by PCR and pre-virus DNA were found in 6 cases. 54 cases were detected by ELISA and 1 case was thought to be questionable positive. 18 cases were examined by western blot and 4 cases were found to have HTLV-I antibodies and PCR results of these 4 cases are also positive. Conclusions: HTLV-I infection is found in patients with CTCL. There is some relationship between HTLV-I and CTCL.
