摘要
Multilevel inverter has the advantages of low component stress, low harmonic content and low equivalent switching frequency, and is widely used in the medium-high voltage and large-capacity power conversion applications. The switched capacitor/switched inductor multilevel inverters were analyzed and summarized, so as to provide ideas for constructing high-performance multilevel inverters with few components and self-balancing capacitor voltage/self-balancing inductor current. Firstly, the configuration and working principle of the basic units of switched capacitor and switched inductor were introduced, and examples of the combination of switched capacitor/inductor and multilevel inverter were given from DC side and AC side respectively. According to the duality of capacitance/inductance, series/parallel, etc. the basic unit of switched inductor which can act as independent current source was given from the basic unit of switched capacitor which can act as independent voltage source, which realizes the optimization of existing current source topology. Finally, the methods of constructing new multilevel topology such as alternative combination and dual promotion were given, and the idea of realizing resonant soft switch by switching capacitance/inductance resonant unit was pointed out. © 2020 Chin.
