摘要
The galling behavior on the tool/HSS interface was investigated by numerical simulation and experimental test. The results show that two typical contact pressure responses, called transient response and steady-state response, correspond to the galling zone: 0-10° and 30-50° at die radius respectively. Besides, the evaluation index Ry on the region of 0-10° and 30-50° at die radius is larger than the other zones after 200 bending times, which refers to the galling zone. The experimental results coincide well with the numerical simulation results, which certifies the validity and feasibility of those two methods. © 2016, Central South University of Technology.
