摘要
In order to enhance the specific heat of LMPS, which is a new kind quaternary nitrate mixed salt with low melting point, adding SiO2 nanoparticles into it to synthetize the nano-LMPS by two methods: ultra-sonication and melting- mixing in high temperature. The effects of the two synthesis protocols on the nanoparticles dispersion in nano-LMPS have been studied. Furthermore, the effects of nanoparticles dispersion on enhancing the specific heat of molten salt have been researched. Results showed that the specific heat capacity of nano-LMPS has been significantly improved by adding nanoparticles. And the increasing rate of specific heat capacity is positively correlated with the uniform degree of nanoparticles dispersion. The specific heat capacity increasing rate of nano-LMPS prepared by ultra- sonication is higher than the nano-LMPS prepared by the method of melting-mixing. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
