摘要
The nonlinear oscillations of semiconductor plasma with a low-density electron beam in a strong longitudinal magnetic field are considered in the context of a hydrodynamical approach. An electron beam is assumed to be nonrelativistic and monoenergetic. The case frequency is studied when the electron momentum relaxation frequency in the semiconductor is much greater than the electron plasma. The numerical analysis of this case with the help of the methods of the phase plane shows that the electric field distribution in an electron beam looks like a shock wave. © 2002 Begell House, Inc.
