摘要
A new design method of orthogonal phasor filter is presented in this paper. The filter designed in this way has advantages as follows: Its real and imaginary parts filtering functions have identical magnitude-frequency characteristics. The filtering functions have orthogonal phase-frequency characteristics at the fundamental frequency. And the filter's data-window can be chosen at any length. For validity testifying, a series of filters designed in this method have been used in EHV relay devices with expected effect.
