摘要
An approach using multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate power system dispatcher training,and its model are put forward. With a multi-layer comprehensive evaluation index system and the weights for all indices decided by analytical hierarchy process method; a multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy set is thus constructed. A decision -making system composed of database management system and evaluation method management system is built up to support comprehensive evaluation. The implementation steps and functions of proposed method are illuminated with a case. Result analysis shows that the single-valued evaluation vector method is feasible and effective in dispatcher training evaluation.
