Complex systems'facility layout optimization method based on dynamic demand

摘要
In order to solve layout and scheduling problems of complicated manufacturing systems under dynamic market demands, based on decomposition strategy, a two-step resolution for facility layout planning by integrating fuzzy theory with system simulation was proposed. First, according to dynamic demands, agile group layout for complicated manufacturing system was realized by fuzzy theory, so as to minimize cost of overall layout. Subsequently, both intra-and inter-cell facility layout were visually configured by computer simulation technology, and at the same time system performance was further improved. An illustrative example was provided to verify the effectiveness of the method.
