摘要
HVDC test device has been used to measure flexural strength variations and glass transition temperature distribution of epoxy insulating materials under multi-field coupling of HVDC electric field, temperature field and mechanical force field. Capacitance probe method is used to observe its surface charge distribution to study influence of multi-field coupling on mechanical and thermal properties variations of epoxy insulating materials. Quadraticrelationship between flexural strength of epoxy insulating materials and service time is discovered with theoretical research. It leads to rapid decline of flexural strength, and effect of physical aging is enhanced due to surface charge. A basis for long time properties evaluation of epoxy insulating materials under multi-field coupling is provided in research conclusion. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
