摘要
Vetiveria zizanioides is a kind of good biocompatibility plants with well developed root system. Through making a large number of analyses to the reinforcing effect of plants on the slope, we integrate the reinforcement and environmental transformation of plants into the category of Engineering Science. By the use of geotechnical engineering FEA software, we make a large number of analyses to the impact of stability safety coefficient in shallow slope and deep slide plane with different vetiveria zizanioides root distribution in different ages. The results show that, the safety coefficient of stability in shallow sliding surface has been significantly improved with vetiveria zizanioides in slope. However, the effect on safety coefficient of stability in deep sliding surface is not obvious. What's more, when the age of vetiveria zizanioides is more than 2 years, the extent of improvement of stability in shallow sliding slope is much more pronounced.
