摘要
The finite element (FE) method is applied to the development of piezoelectric accelerometers, and it is proved that FE modeling can be used effectively to predict the specifications of an accelerometer, especially when modification of the accelerometer is required. The FE developing technology forms the basis of fast responsiveness and flexible customized design of piezoelectric accelerometers.
