A possibility of realizing an RC circuit with an optically controlled resistance based on a high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) film is theoretically analyzed. The resistance contains an amplifier with the voltage gain A ≠ 1. It is found that it is possible to realize optically controlled inductive elements with a large inductance and high Q factor as well as RC oscillators.
