Pitney Bowes gets recycling award

Pitney Bowes Incorporation was selected for the third time as the US Environmental Protection Agency's WasteWise Program champion. WasteWise was launched to help businesses and institutions find practical methods to reduce municipal solid wastes, increase recycling and encourage the buying and manufacturing of products with recycled contents. Pitney Bowes recycled more than 818 tons of paper, preserved 13,906 million trees and 3.3 million kilowatts of energy, and the reduced the emission of pollutants by 24.5 tons.
