Since the early 1990s robots have also been in use in heavy clay works. The opportunities afforded by the use of robots has already been sufficiently discussed. It is now time to draw up an interim balance. Robots are neither good nor bad. It is rather worth while making a critical consideration of the possible use of one-arm robots in order to achieve the best possible technical and economic solution.
