摘要
This article presents the results of a study on the influence of welding parameters for a local dry cavity underwater welding process on the properties of joints. The influence of the amount of heat input and the type of shielding gas on the structure and hardness of surfacing welds has been analysed. Analytical functions have been developed to facilitate the estimation of the maximum hardness in the heat-affected zone. © 2014, © 2014 Taylor & Francis.
