摘要：
The formation of gas-phase oxygen-carbon OCn2-dianions by sputtering was presented. The corresponding singly charged cluster ions and dianions were detected in a double-focusing mass spectrometer. The abundance distributions exhibited even-odd alternations with the number of C atoms in the cluster for both types of ion species.
