摘要
The influences of water content, sample thickness, additional pressure and vacuum on the permeability coefficient of concrete were discussed, and the gas diffusion mechanism was analyzed. Test results show that the tortuous of porous material can be studied through the permeability of samples with different thickness. With the increase of sample thickness, the gas permeability coefficient increases, and the increase factor of the gas permeability coefficient is the tortuosity factor coefficient. The influences of the water content, additional pressure and vacuum on the results are large, so these parameters should be strictly controlled during the experiments. The water content should be less than 5.5%; the sample thickness should be 30 mm; and the appropriate vacuum and the optimal additional pressure should be 0.096 to 0.090 MPa and 0.3 to 0.5 MPa, respectively. The use of these intrinsic coefficient can not only ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, but also shorten the test time. ©, 2014, Dongnan Daxue Xuebao (Ziran Kexue Ban)/Journal of Southeast University (Natural Science Edition).
