This is the second of a two-part series about helping water utilities leverage meter data. The first article, Leveraging Data for Improved Utility Operations (www.awwa.org/fillinger13), which appeared in the September 2013 issue of Opflow, provided an overview of technologies and techniques for leveraging meter-reading data.
