Research directions set in 1976 on opening the Institute for Complex Problems of Hygiene and Occupational diseases with SD USSR AMSc in Novokuznetsk were based on new methodological approaches. Fundamentals of the approaches are concept of life support, complex systematic attitude to social and hygienic research and to health care management - these are topical ones nowadays.
