摘要
After a few decades of development, China's offshore oil and gas exploitation starts to step into deep seas. In order to facilitate the technical preparations for overall early-stage layout planning, a subsea production virtual simulation design system was developed based on the Inventor Platform. In addition to being intuitive and easy to use and understand, this system also has the following functions: a rapid design of overall layout of a subsea production system and equipments; the invocation, automatic adding, knowledge accumulation, model browsing, preview of a 3D model database of a subsea production system; automatic forming of a 3D layout or plan layout of a created 3D virtual scene; output of a ROV interference detection report; and a rapid generation of corresponding finite element calculated data files of key parts and component structures. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a better rapid design, a complete parameterized 3D model database was established based on this developed design platform for the subsea production equipment in the LW 3-1 Demonstration Project of Deepwater Oil & Gas Fields in South China Sea. The practical application shows that this proposed system is a tool for fast and accurate optimal selection of schemes for deepwater production in China. With this system, we can preview equipment installation and key subsea production technologies. This system is bound to promote the deepwater oil & gas development.
