摘要
A "one- step method" was used to prepare double network composite Mg2+-CS/PAM hydrogels with adhesion, self-healing, conductivity and strain sensing properties. Mg2+ was directly added to the reaction system to form metal ion cross- linking bonds in situ, which avoided the complex immersion process. In addition, it is also more convenient and faster to use ultraviolet light initiation than thermal initiation polymerization. Mg2+-CS/PAM hydrogels have strong adhesion to various materials, including rubber, glass, plastics, metal, skin and stone, where the adhesion strength to the surface of rubber is 32.09 kPa. In addition, benefiting from abundant free ions, the flexible hydrogel sensors demonstrate a stable conductivity and strain sensitivity, which could monitor both large human motions and subtle motions. Moreover, the cut hydrogels are completely healed within 4 h at room temperature and can also be stretched to 4 times of its original length. © 2023 Sichuan University. All rights reserved.
