摘要
The introduction of Industry 4.0 in industry inevitably leads to necessary changes in the production system and the information system of companies. Employees, methods and organizational processes are also subject to change and must adapt to the digital transformation. Shopfloor management is also currently being affected by such a change and is gradually becoming more and more digitized. As shown in this article, the visualization boards from the lean era will gradually have to be replaced by monitors and software applications. On the basis of data collection in company workshops, this article shows, which are the requirements for the development of such modern SSFM systems. In addition, a model is presented on how data is collected and structured so that it can be used for production management. The model shows different modules, which partly are currently being used successfully in practice in cooperation with an industrial partner, and others which will be tested and further devel-oped in the near future in the Smart Mini Factory Laboratory of the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
