摘要
In order to solve the distortion problem in stowing the optical tilt mirror on the space telescope invented by the National Astronomical Observatories, a plate distortion differential equation was established using the corresponding relationship of the Zernike polynomial and the optics surface aberration in addition to the computing method of elasticity groundsill. When the tilt mirror was put on the elasticity ground, all the possible distortions under the load were achieved by means of the Moore-Penrose inverse matrix. Then the real distortion was obtained through variational calculation according to the least potential energy theory and the commonly used Seidel aberration coefficient. The method was applied to a specific model of the tilt mirror with three arms. And the result was only 10.7% smaller than that of the contact nonlinear finite element, which indicated the validity of this computing method.
