摘要
Focusing on regenerative energies in the context of the “Energiewende” (German term for “Energy Transition”) will lead to a more volatile energy production and to an oscillating electricity price. This article describes an optimization model for production planning and control (PPS), which allows a synchronization of the energy demand of producing companies to the volatile energy supply, in order to save costs and to contribute to the success of the “Energiewende”. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München and Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
