摘要
Aiming at the friction and wear experiment requirements for different solid materials under different conditions, a new reciprocating friction and wear tester is proposed. The tribological properties of materials can be researched through measuring friction force, friction coefficient and wear value in experiment. In order to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the test system, computer aided test technology is applied in tribological test. The dynamic friction and wear experiment data can be obtained in real-time by the data acquisition system and software test system, which fundamentally changes the shortcomings of traditional friction and wear testers. The experiment results of PTFE tribological properties prove that the proposed tester has stable performance and the test system is accurate and reliable.
