Application of cast magnesium alloys and advances in research

摘要：
The development and application of magnesium alloy are reviewed. The melting technologies of magnesium casting alloys and the effects of the main alloying elements on the properties of the alloys are emphatically discussed, in order to find out a kind of magnesium alloy which possesses of good mechanical properties and castabilities and can be used widely in automobile. For research and development of magnesium alloy, some suggestions are brought forth.
