摘要
In order to solve the problem of the lack of transmission equipment in a unified and standard common information model (CIM), we put forward principles and processes of extended modeling for the transmission equipment information model which refers to IEC 61970/61968 standard. By analyzing the requirements of panoramic view of the transmission equipment information modeling, we established a panoramic information model of EPC encoding information from five aspects of the device, asset information, operation and maintenance information, public safety information, and monitoring information, which lays the foundation for managing the life cycle of power transmission equipment and for unifying power assets. The panorama information model, a complete model verified by practical application, has been applied to xiaguan and Yunnan transformer substation equipment life-cycle management system, and can support the database management system. The results reveal that the life-cycle management platform displays and indicators such as device status monitor false alarm rate, failure rate, maintenance cost and so on are improved, and the efficiency of equipment management is increased. © 2015, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPI.
