摘要
In order to enhance the speed of 3D transient electromagnetic forward modeling, two new techniques were employed. One is combining vector finite-element method with integral equation method to decrease the order of elemental matrix from 24 to 12, which can save much time of the computing large sparse matrix, keep the continuity of boundary conditions, and avoid spurious solutions; the other is adopting flow-through Hankel transform technique to resolve the exhausted time problem through calculating. Bessel function repeatedly while resetting the offsets every time. The results show that the two new techniques not only keep the accuracy of 3D TEM forward technique but also speed up the calculation. © 2016, Central South University Press. All right reserved.
