摘要
The constitutive equation of two-spring-two-piston visco-elastic mechanic model was deduced in this paper. The static creep and relaxation characteristics of PA66, PTFE, PMMA, POM and PEUR were studied on CETR UMT-2 tester and LKDM-2000 tester. The standard linear solid model and a new mechanic model, both were applicable in describing the fluctuation of creep and relaxation, were adopted to tracking the variations of experiment statistics separately for comparative study. According to testing results, comparing analysis showed that two-spring-two-piston mechanic model can described effectively visco-elastic behavior of polymer than standard linear solid model. © 2017, Science Press.
