摘要
Prediction and effective control of structure and properties of hot rolled steel is possible on the basis of mathematical models which describe the structural and phase transformations. A forecast system of structure-forming in rolling carbon and low-alloy steels is reported. The structure and mechanical properties along the strip length are predicted as well as reliability of rolled product quality is improved with the help of the forecast system. The hot rolling and cooling conditions of steel strip are optimized.
