Research on the optimization of prefabricated building preset scheme integrating BIM technology and BiLSTM model

With the rapid and continuous innovation and development of science and technology in the construction industry in recent years, prefabricated building technology has greatly improved the overall efficiency in the management of the construction and production process and the application of BIM (building information model) technology in prefabricated buildings has also increased. More and more widely. BIM technology combined with the Bi-LSTM model to mine the characteristics of preset scheme optimization to realize intelligent analysis. Furthermore, by constructing a three-dimensional convolutional neural network (3D-CNN), it can effectively carry out multi-dimensional analysis on the preset scheme of prefabricated buildings. Compared with the traditional Bi-LSTM model, combined with BIM-CNN-Bi-LSTM technology, the F1 value coefficient can be increased from 0.3 to 0.87; the comprehensive use of construction technology process for comprehensive and effective comprehensive optimization of various technologies opens the transition from the traditional linear design process to the horizontal design process in which multiple parties participate in the design. © 2023 Lu Wang et al.;published by Sciendo.
