摘要
In order to explore recrystallization of single crystal superalloy DD6 during hot deformation, its mechanical property and microstructure, and critical deformation of recrystallization were investigated by Gleeble-1500 compression simulator and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) method. The results indicate that recrystallization of the single crystal increases with the increasing of deformation temperature and deformation amount, and with the decreasing of deformation rate. The mechanism of recrystallization of single crystal superalloy DD6 is discontinuous dissolution and precipitation of phases, which lead to the change of orientation between grains. In addition, the engineering strain is more than 6% that the recrystallization can happen at 1090-1050°C with strain rate of 0.1-1 s-1 for single crystal superalloy DD6.
