摘要
The task assignment strategy for serial coupling product design, which involved the rework of tasks, was very complex. To solve the problem, the MWTM was introduced to quantify the coupling relations among the tasks in rework amounts. Based on the task assignment derivative matrix, a model of the task assignment for serial coupling product design was built. This model was solved by genetic algorithm and so the optimal task assignment strategy of product design might be obtained for different design requirements. Taking the development of an electric car as an example, validity and feasibility of this model were proved. © 2017, China Mechanical Engineering Magazine Office. All right reserved.
