This study aims to analyze the effect of information communication technology (ICT)- based human resource management on staff efficiency in an organization. The effect of human resource planning on employees using ICT is examined. Questionnaires, interviews, and observation methods are used to achieve this aim. Aside from primary data, library archives, Internet search engines, and published reports, among others, are also used in the compilation of the study. Data from the field are analyzed through tabulations and pie charts. Results show that human resource planning significantly affects the performance of employees in an organization.
