摘要
In allusion to the problem that contribution rate evaluation supporting requirement demonstration of a new weapon equipment system has highly complexity and great difficulty due to involving a wide range of disciplines, multitudinous uncertain factors, complex relationships, multi-type contribution rate evaluation mo-dels, which included having or not having type, replacing type, relative type and absolute type, are proposed firstly. Then,with the aim of optimizing requirement scheme of a new weapon equipment system, an iterative and progressive process model based on the main clue of problem background analyzing, the armament system of systems modeling, evaluation index system constructing, evaluation method innovating, synthetically analyzing and evaluating is established and discussed, elucidating the basic procedure, norms and principles, evaluation index system, and techniques and methods. Finally, its practicability and effectiveness are demonstrated, providing the general framework and top guidelines for contribution rate evaluation of weapon equipment system. © 2019, Editorial Office of Systems Engineering and Electronics.
