摘要
We investigated p-doped Di-[4-(N,N-ditolyl-amino)phenyl]cyclohexane (TAPC) to improve power efficiency in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). We characterized optical and electrical properties of TAPC film in application of various p-type dopants. © 2013 Society for Information Display.
