摘要
High-nitrogen steels are characterized by unique properties such as high strength and plasticity, improved corrosion resistance, non-magnetic nature etc. In connections with this, technology for hydrostatic extrusion of rods produced from the steels has been developed. Optimal conditions and process parameters of hydrostatic extrusion have been determined. Equipment and tools for performing the process have been developed. Manufacturing of high-quality products from Kh19AG10S2 and Kh22AG15N8MF steels has been provided. Mechanical properties of products manufactured by method of hydrostatic extrusion have been presented.
