摘要
The key note of the 1992 ecology summit, `sustainable development', has inseparably linked economic development to the protection of the natural bases of life. Conflicts are avoided in Bavaria and interests compensated by early planning and providing for the future. The allocation of reservation and priority areas is an efficient mean for securing raw material supply. Any possible competition with the protection of potable water are settled in common by the experts of either side. Raw material supply priority areas are not listed as reserves in the scope of the `Natura 2000' network as per FFH direction (fauna-flora-habitat). Modern ecologic policy is taking into account the co-responsibility of the economy, for which reason a co-operation on the basis of partnership - such as documented in the Bavarian ecology agreement - is preferred to settling things by legislation.
